Job Title:Senior Technical Program Manager
Department:Global Vulnerability Remediation (GVR)
Location:Dallas TX - Onsite
Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Vulnerability Remediation will lead the strategic planning execution and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that enhance Global Vulnerability Remediation (GVR) program. This role requires strong collaboration with cybersecurity SMEs engineering teams and leadership to validate data automate remediation workflows and drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vulnerability remediation analytics and reporting.
Collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
Design and implement automated reporting solutions to track remediation progress and KPIs.
Validate and enrich vulnerability data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage program timelines risks and dependencies across multiple teams.
Communicate program status risks and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field.
7 years of experience in technical program management preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
Proven experience managing large-scale vulnerability remediation or risk management programs.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and scripting (e.g. Python SQL) is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:
ITIL Certification(Required)
One or more of the following (Preferred):
Certified Technical Program Manager (CTPM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
$145000 - $155000 a year
