Job Description
May perform one or more of the following:
Monitor and control computer and data processing equipment possibly including (but not limited to) at least one of the following systems: mainframe servers batch processing phone systems online and/or monitoring tools
Provide maintain and update processes and procedures
Provide assistance and issue resolution support for equipment and/or systems of responsibility; minimize impact to users and meet operation and service level agreements of the department; troubleshoot issues to provide the best user experience
Track issues; conduct problem trend analysis create process chart(s) to minimize outages and perform other necessary analysis or reporting to improve problem resolution
Operate computer and/or other systems/equipment to fulfill required work and overall improve system(s) performance ( batch processing etc.)
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Knowledgeable of procedures relating to the area and suggest process improvements; aid in maintaining troubleshooting guides
Prefer High School Diploma or equivalent with the ability to acquire skills through on-the-job training or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 4 years related experience preferably in computer center operations
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Excellent organization and time management skills
Meet/exceed organizations best practices expectations and standards
Excellent verbal communication skills

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
