Job Description
DeVoe Automotive Group is hiring a part time Receptionist. This role would fill the Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM - 2 PM shift and would have the opportunity for more hours to cover vacations and absences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Greet customers in friendly and professional manner as they enter the showroom. Assist them in locating the appropriate team member.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and patience and refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with a multi-line switchboard.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a drive to continually improve.
- High energy and detail-oriented capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and and pre-employment drug screening.
