Job Description
- Architecting building and scaling full-stackagenticapplications using modern web frameworks microservices and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Designing and implement intelligent agents capable of dynamic decision-making planning andmulti-steptask execution using LLMs.
- Developing and deploying GenAI pipelines with advanced techniques such as RAG prompt orchestration tool use and memory management.
- Leading end-to-end development using technologies like Python TypeScript React FastAPIPostgreSQL and Redis.
- Integrating and fine-tune open-source and proprietary AI models.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable secure and performant GenAI solutions.
- Staying current with trends in AI agent architectures LLM applications and emerging tools.
- 8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years leading complex AI/ML orGenAI-drivenapplications.
- Possess experience building full-stack applications and RESTful APIs using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure Docker Kubernetes).
- Demonstrate expertise in LLM integration andagenticsystem design using libraries likeLangChainHaystack or custom-built frameworks.
- Bring deep understanding of NLP embeddings vector databases and data retrieval.
- Contribute in designing scalable systems for inference prompt routing and real-time interactions with large models.
- Show experience with prompt engineering prompt chaining and evaluation of model performance in production.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124000.00Maximum:
$271200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
