What Youll Be Doing
- Diagnose service and repair HVAC systems.
- Present repair and replacement options in a persuasive customer-friendly way.
- Turn service calls into sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads.
- Upsell products services and system upgrades that provide long-term value for the customer.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain safety quality and efficiency standards.

Requirements:
- 12 years of residential HVAC experience with the ability to identify and recommend system upgrades.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to present repair and replacement options that drive sales.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to maximize commissions through lead conversion and upselling.
- EPA Certification
