DescriptionCome join our team as a Production Maintenance this role you will partner with the engineering team to own preventative maintenance and calibrated equipment utilized in our production cells for the assembly and calibration of Biomedical Test Equipment. Responsibilities:
- Generate and implement preventative maintenance schedules for 11 production cells develop and maintain daily and visual management processes.
- Monitor and replace calibrated test equipment within calibration cycles to maintain all production cells functional. Equipment to include: Digital Multi- Meters current sources power supplies pressure modules torque screwdrivers.
- Analyze data to drive yield improvement such as adjusting maintenance cycles for consumable components (ribbon cables tubing USB cables etc).
- Maintain documents and records of maintenance in compliance with FDA and ISO9001 Certificate requirements.
- Coordinate RMAs calibrated devices to 3rd party vendors maintaining on hand inventory to balance calibration cycles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1yr Assembly/Manufacturing Environment experience.
- Experience using various electronic test equipment to include Digital Multi-Meters Oscilloscopes power supplies current sources and calibrators.
