Were looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to ignite and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives across the Western U.S. Youll inspire develop and elevate the team to deliver extraordinary outcomes all while strengthening NewRockets reputation as the go-to ServiceNow guide in the region.

As our Sales Leader you will:

  • Build and strengthen trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and ServiceNow executives.
  • Lead mentor and grow a world-class Sales team that delivers results with impact.
  • Drive strategy collaboration and alignment between Sales Solution Architects and Services teams.
  • Act as executive sponsor on engagements ensuring flawless delivery and #RavingFans at every step.
  • Shape forecasts pipeline and budgets while keeping your finger on the pulse of growth.
  • Be the go-to expert on ServiceNow solutionsguiding educating and energizing the team and clients alike.

You bring a track record of winning big leading with confidence and building trusted client relationships. Specifically were looking for:

  • 10 years in Sales with 5 in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Experience selling complex cloud applications and digital transformation programs
  • Proven leadershipbuilding coaching and inspiring teams to exceed ambitious goals
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS solutions Service Management ITIL and enterprise cloud ecosystems
  • The ability to shape strategy close multi-tower deals and win at the executive level
  • A consultative trusted-advisor mindset with a relentless drive to create impact

(MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but your results speak louder than diplomas.)
