THE ROLE
The Manger Digital Media Strategy will play a key role in the development of media campaigns and will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing team. Responsibilities include developing performance-based media strategies leveraging data and research to build optimal multi-faceted media plans and coordinating with internal stakeholders and digital channel partners in a fast-paced results-oriented environment. Must have a knack for analyzing data thinking creatively developing innovative media strategies and client management. This role will primarily work on Las Vegas Residencies Comedy tours and other non-music campaigns.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Leadership/Management Skills
Sufficiently manages at least one other person
Provides mentorship training and meaningful growth to the team
Exemplifies best practices via training and onboarding
Establishes a strong rapport with department and line of business counterparts (e.g. Analytics Product Operations Channel teams etc.)
Media Planning and Execution
Power user of fan profiles and all media data and tools at our disposal
Works closely with Associate Director to ensure plans across all events are leveraging best practices and learnings
Assists with any budget allocation work
Actively identifies cross-media optimizations while also taking into account the larger business story
General Knowledge
Construct publisher recaps trends and POVs upon request
Shares best practices regularly
Proactive thinking and identifying how we can do things better
Communication
Communicates with confidence and displays strong ability to speak as it relates to campaign performance and industry trends
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
5 years experience in Digital Media (offline media experience is a plus)
1 years experience in People Management
In-depth understanding of media planning negotiation and performance analysis
Knowledge of media landscape and how channel mix impacts goals of overall media plan
Experience across digital media including knowledge in Paid Search Social and Programmatic; agency experience highly preferred
o Social Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Snapchat TikTok)
o DSPs (Googles DV360 The Trade Desk)
o Paid Search (Google Ads SA360)
o Digital ad trafficking tools (Campaign Manager/DCM etc.)
Working comprehension of strategy development and required media math
Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment with high volume
Proven record of effectively managing large budgets driving quantifiable results
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and vlookups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain efficient communication across different teams

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72000.00 USD - $90000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location qualifications skills and experience.
