About this role

Accessibility Specialist (Analyst) BlackRock

Were looking for a passionate Accessibility Specialist to help make BlackRocks digital products inclusive and usable for everyone including people with disabilities.

What youll do:

  • Conduct accessibility audits for web mobile and digital content.

  • Guide teams on inclusive design and accessibility best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with standards like WCAG 2.1/2.2 Section 508 and ADA.

  • Collaborate with design development and product teams to embed accessibility into the development lifecycle.

  • Train and support teams on accessibility tools testing and implementation.

What were looking for:

  • 13 years of experience in digital accessibility.

  • Strong knowledge of WCAG ARIA and assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers).

  • Experience with tools like axe DevTools WAVE Lighthouse.

  • Familiarity with HTML responsive design and version control systems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Passion for inclusive design and user advocacy.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with mobile accessibility (iOS/Android).

  • Background in UX research or accessibility at scale.

  • Public speaking or mentoring experience.
