TheManager Library Servicesleads the Alice Springs Public Library driving daily operations strategic growth and community-focused programs. This role builds strong partnerships fosters innovation and champions lifelong learningcreating a safe inclusive space for patrons staff and volunteers.

Skills And Experiences
What you will bring
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to foster a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building productive stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication initiative and organisational skills
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in library services including operational management
- Experience in corporate governance risk management budgeting WHS and information management
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
