- They treat employees like adults set realistic expectations and have a management team to support you in doing so

- Provide technical support to the IFAs
- Analyse client portfolios research financial products and present recommendations/solutions to the Advisers
- Prepare suitability reports
3 things youll get:
- Up to 45000 starting salary plus benefits including;
- Hybrid working 6% employer pension contributions up to 15% annual bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays EBT Scheme DIS PMI and more
- Support towards industry relevant qualifications
