What Youll Do
- Learn directly from experienced technicians on real equipment repairs
- Perform basic maintenance like oil changes battery checks and greasing
- Move and prepare rental equipment so its Rent Ready
- Wash and inspect machines for issues or damage
- Assist customers and drivers in the yard with loading/unloading
- Support the rental parts and service departments when needed
What Youll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED (trade/tech school a plus)
- Someone whoshands-on mechanically curious and eager to learn
- A team player with integrity and a safety-first mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
