Primary Responsibilities:
General outpatient primary care
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for patients
Ability to practice independently with support
Minimal call telephone only
Required Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
