Job Title: Hybrid Cloud AIOps Senior Consultant
Experience: 36 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Hybrid Cloud and AIOps to deliver end-to-end strategy advisory design and implementation services. The role involves working with clients to define transformation roadmaps strategize intelligent operations and implementing scalable AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and advisory for Hybrid Cloud and AIOps adoption.
- Lead consulting engagements to design cloud-native AI-driven IT operations.
- Strategize and implement observability monitoring and automation solutions.
- Design and implement AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Integrate monitoring logging and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus Splunk Moogsoft SevOne).
- Automate incident detection root cause analysis and remediation workflows.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP On-prem).
- Hands-on experience with AIOps tools (Moogsoft Splunk Netcool (Watson AIOps) Prometheus OpenTelemetry etc.).
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform).
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python Ansible Terraform Shell).
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and cloud operating models.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- AIOps/Monitoring: Splunk Core Certified Power User Moogsoft Certified Engineer ServiceNow ITOM.
