Capabilities
- Develop edit and maintain technical documentation including training manuals guides and presentations to support operational training programs.
- Design and create visual aids such as graphics charts and infographics to supporttraining materials and office-level briefings.
- Design and develop visual aids such as diagrams flowcharts and illustrations to support training programs and executive briefings.
- Create and edit course materials including instructor guides participant manuals and presentation slides.
- Evaluate and assess training programs to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancements.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and create data visualizations to present results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and disseminate training-related communications including announcements reminders and feedback requests.
- Analyze and report on training metrics including participation rates completion rates and evaluation results and create visualizations to present findings.
- Edit and format images charts and graphs to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand and style across all training materials and communications.

Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience knowledge skills and competencies; certifications and geographic location. *Hourly pay rates reflect the pre-benefit gross wage amounts.
