Job Description:
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilits (titre)
Develop implement and maintain ITAM OGs policies standards and procedures (EUC lifecycle process)
- Monitor adherence to asset management policies.
- Liaise with GRC to perform regular audits risk assessments and compliance checks on asset data (hardware and software).
- Identify gaps in IT asset tracking usage and policy enforcement; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in the design and continuous improvement of ITAM tools workflows and governance controls.
- Maintains an internal EI Procurement PR/PO tracker to ensure EI leaders are kept aware of their PR/PO status.
- Maintains internal EIs Legal Contract validation tracker to ensure no slippage will occur.
- Participate in Audits & Asset Recon
- Other tasks may arise.
