We are seeking a Specialty Insurance Associate to join our Benefit Solutions team in Mississauga.
The Specialty Insurance Associate supports the administrative requirements in the servicing of specialty insurance and non-insured products by delivering superior service and support for clients and internal partners.
The Specialty Insurance Associate will:
Perform defined policy administration tasks including producing monthly remittance reports to the insurance and service providers
Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products
Respond to information requests and follows established protocols
Process administrative requests according to established procedures and policies and submit as required for approval
Prepare and review documentation according to guidelines and best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
Assist in analyzing data and information to help provide insights and recommendations
Support the business development of specialty insurance and non-insured products
Assist in vendor communication and relationship management
Resolve escalation issues as required
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
To be successful as a Specialty Insurance Associate with People Corporation you will need:
To be willing to obtain your LLQP
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
The ability to work in cross-functional teams
The ability to work under pressure balancing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
Completion of post-secondary education
