The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts interviewing attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires
