Job Description
About the Opportunity
The operations team is made up of bright dynamic collaborators who are motivated and committed to provide customer-service oriented operational excellence at the campus. The operations team has a direct impact on campus environment and culture. Operations Assistants provide quality reception coverage facilities and administrative operations support and ensure students and faculty on campus are appropriately set up to conduct in-person and livestream classes. Operations Assistants provide event support and help ensure internal and external constituents are set-up to host events. Additionally Operations Assistants provide welcoming and prompt service to the variety of Northeasterns community members prospective students and on-campus event attendees.
These are part-time non-benefits eligible temporary positions with 20-25 hours required per week. Candidates must be available to work weekday evenings from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Saturdays between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Individuals with evening and weekend schedule flexibility should apply.
The position is on site at the Arlington VA campus (not eligible for remote work) and reports to the Campus Operations Manager.
