Job Type:Part-Time (10-20) hours/week W2 Employee

We serve individuals couples and families from diverse backgrounds meeting them at the intersection of psychological health and spiritual growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrating faith with evidence-based counseling practices is clinically skilled and desires to work within a supportive Christian community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual couple and/or family counseling sessions in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
- Integrate a Christian worldview into counseling practice when desired by clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans conduct assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with team members supervisors and community partners as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings case consultations and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Active LPC or LPCC license in the state of Colorado.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment treatment planning and counseling interventions.
- Commitment to Christian faith and integration of biblical worldview with counseling practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time 10-20 hours per week.
