Job Title:Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC)


Job Type:Part-Time (10-20) hours/week W2 Employee


Location:MSC Family Restoration Center 7375 Adventure Way Colorado Springs CO 80923.

MSC Family Restoration Center is a Christian counseling practice committed to providing compassionate clinically excellent and faith-integrated mental health care upon client request. We serve individuals couples and families from diverse backgrounds meeting them at the intersection of psychological health and spiritual growth.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrating faith with evidence-based counseling practices is clinically skilled and desires to work within a supportive Christian community.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual couple and/or family counseling sessions in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
  • Integrate a Christian worldview into counseling practice when desired by clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans conduct assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members supervisors and community partners as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings case consultations and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LPC or LPCC license in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment treatment planning and counseling interventions.
  • Commitment to Christian faith and integration of biblical worldview with counseling practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time 10-20 hours per week.
