Ford Automotive A LevelService Technician
Location: 1479 Genesee St Oneida NY 13421
Pay: $35 $40 per hour based on experience and certifications
About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Automotive A Level Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with Ford and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will have Ford certification a strong technical background and the ability to deliver efficient and accurate work.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders with efficiency and accuracy
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines transmissions electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding needed repairs timelines and cost estimates
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Stay current with training and manufacturer updates
Qualifications
5 years of automotive Service Technician experience
Ford certification preferred; ASE certification
NY State Inspector License required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with ability to use diagnostic equipment
Positive professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Pay & Benefits
