This role is central to how we visually communicate our brand across digital print and event touchpoints. Youll work closely with marketers content writers and event planners to design compelling visuals that drive awareness engagement and action. Beyond individual tasks this role is a vital creative partner in all things marketing supporting the teams evolving needs with flexibility collaboration and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Collaterals: Design marketing assets for digital and print campaigns including digital ad creatives email headers landing page visuals and promotional graphics.
Event Branding: Create event collateral such as booth backdrops signage and banners.
Video Editing: Edit videos by adding intros/outros transitions text overlays and logo animations.
Social Media Design: Produce eye-catching social content static posts carousels infographics and simple animations tailored to each platforms format and audience.
Sales Enablement Materials: Design internal and external-facing assets including pitch decks proposal templates case studies brochures.
PR Design Packages: Develop visually compelling PR kits and assets for outreach.
Email Design: Create branded templates and visuals for newsletters and campaign emails optimized for readability and engagement.
Website Graphics: Support web and landing page design by creating banners icons and illustrations.
Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve the brands visual identity across all touchpoints. Maintain a design system that ensures consistency quality and clarity.
Template Creation: Build and maintain editable templates (e.g. in Slides Canva or Figma) for use by marketing sales and leadership teams.
Print & Packaging: Design print-ready files for branded packaging mailers merchandise and other physical collateral (e.g. direct mail or giveaway kits).
Data Visualizations: Turn complex data or insights into clean visually engaging charts graphs and infographics for use in reports or presentations.
Cross-Team Support: Provide design support to other departments when relevant to marketing initiatives (e.g. internal events and recruiting campaigns)
Design Administration: Manage and organize digital assets ensure correct file formats/sizing for different channels and prepare files for printing or export.
What Youll Bring
1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role (preferably within a marketing or creative agency).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Familiarity with tools like Canva Figma or other collaborative design platforms.
Strong understanding of brand systems visual hierarchy and storytelling through design.
Basic video editing and animation skills.
A keen eye for layout typography color and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
