Job Summary
Visions Staffing is seeking an experienced Rework/Quality Control Inspector foran electronics manufacturing company in Gardena Ca.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process receiving first article and final inspections
- Inspect PCB assemblies cables and machined parts using drawings and criteria
- Conduct precision soldering and rework on SMT and through-hole components
- Maintain compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 and J-STD-001 standards
- Knowledge of fluxes solder wires cleaning solvents different processes (lead and
- lead free) fluxes.
Qualification:
- IPC 610 Class 3 certification required
- Experience with inspection tools (microscopes calipers multimeters etc.)
- Must have previous experience in an EMS or OEM environment
- Knowledge of ANSI-J-001ES and NASA std 9739.1 a plus can train the right candidate.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 Am to 02:30 PM
