The customized program will be completed at ProHealth Physicians facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary care and this practice environment that will require a commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hrs).
Required Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O.
Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship or early into final year PGY2 Resident Physician transitioning into PGY3 Resident Physician (Best Timing)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Connecticut
Would prefer candidates who plan to practice primary care in Connecticut
