Position Overview
This is a full-time / part-time position reporting to our Lead Concierge. We are seeking a dedicated Luxury Highrise Concierge to join our team at one of our prestigious locations. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service our residents expect. We are a 24/7 company and may require your schedule to work holidays.
Mission
The mission of this role is to be a friendly face visible to the community showing presence and reassurance that the property is safe and well maintained. This role will assess a positive attitude and be proactive.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will be:
Greet patrons residents and scheduled guests and lead to appropriate areas or person
Perform (specific tasks) as required by the manager to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Perform (specific tasks) as required by the location
Proficiencies
This role requires a professional appearance a good sense of enthusiasm and stamina as well as being very friendly caring and patient. It also requires the ability to work independently show initiative be alert resolve conflicts and have good sense of judgement.
Job Requirements
Must reside in Houston TX
Availability to work (specific days) per week with the possibility of overtime
Prefer 1 year of customer service experience
Physical sitting and standing
Conflict resolution skills
Basic computer and typing skills
On-call availability
Reliable transportation

Starting pay $15 - $17 per hour
