Coastal Manor is looking for a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant to become a part of our rehabilitation team. Our rehab team delivers in-house therapy services for both short-term and long-term residents. Coastal Manor is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 41 beds located in Yarmouth mission is to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of care encompassing physical nutritional social and recreational support. We strive to be recognized as leaders in healthcare excellence by offering innovative services that enhance resident are dedicated to fostering a warm caring and homelike environment for both our residents and their families and Responsibilities:Implement and deliver established treatement plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational TherapistCommunicate with residents families staff and members of the therapy teamProvide timely documentation of care delivered and as required by licensing regulatory and reimbusement requirementsReports changes in resident statusQualifications:Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapist Assistant curriculumMust be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of MaineIn good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boardsExudes professionalism in presentation
