About this role:

Provide support in the administration of the worldwide Sales Consulting Conference and Sales Specialist Compensation Plans. You will perform recurring monthly processes as well as ad-hoc processes regarding Compensation Plan documents and projects regarding bookings data revenue performance commission earnings and annual sales awards attainment.

What you will do:

• Complete recurring and ad-hoc manual tasks for processes not systematically automated frequent use of Excel Powerpoint Visio Word PowerBI
• Identify and research inconsistencies in the compensation plans to determine root causes and offer proposals for remediation
• Interact with VC leadership to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance documentation and commission calculations
• Occasionally produce Ad-hoc analyses for Variable Compensation Leadership and various business partners
• Collaborate between multiple financial sales and operational departments
• Coordinate and complete additional projects as requested

What you will need:

• Professional development relevant college coursework specialized certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications PowerBI (End User) Word OneDrive Excel
• Understanding of SQL basic query writing and use of pre-written templates
• Strong problem-solving skills curious mindset
• Comfortable working with large data sets from multiple sources
• Ability to understand compensation plan elements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills effective listening skills
• Willingness to take the initiative and accept new projects in proactive manner
• Excellent organization & time management skills
