Inviting applications for the role of Director Third Party Risk Management Technology
In this role you will be looked as someone with expertise in platform implementation process transformation knowledge of broad capabilities of leading TPRM platforms with expertise in one or few pitch platform embed services to clients and be a trusted advisor to your clients. Your ability to communicate collaborate challenge the status quo and present your point of view will make you successful in this role.

Lead Thought Leadership
Business Development
Practice Development Initiatives
Client Delivery
Develop Genpacts positioning on the market through a robust and well-thought-through go-to-market strategy.
Head client discussions and support presales/ sales process
Build a pipeline and work with the sales team to enhance the solutions reach
Lead relevant RFX / Solution response
Work with Genpact partner ecosystem to increase pipeline and improve the value proposition to clients
Bring in subject matter expertise to create/refine existing service offerings including delivery model
commercial model and technology solution
Identify and create Alliances associations and partnerships for solution build and growth
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Masters in business administration (MBA) from a top-tier Indian institution
Should have background and experience of working with clients in TPRM space.
Relevant years of Industry experience
Experience of building & growing a practice and sustaining a client relationship
Should have a solid sector expertise with strong domain knowledge with experience of pitching TPRM
solution solutioning the client requirement building proposals and pitching the solution to global clients.
Should have full lifecycle experience of managing TPRM implementing projects on platforms like Process
Unity ServiceNow Ariba Risk etc.
Strong project management capabilities experience of ensuring projects are withing budget and timelines
and having tough communication with clients on issues.
Should understand the technology architecture and complexities of integration with other platforms etc.
Must be able to mentor team members project managers solution architects configuration specialists
and business analysts.
The incumbent should have good knowledge of developments in industry with regards to new technologies
AI offerings and vision of the of where the industry is heading.
Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure.
Strong analytical skills structured problem-solving abilities paying careful and particular attention to detail.
