Job Description
Pediatrix Medical Group is urgently seeking a full-time Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB-GYN Hospitalist to provide 24-hour in-house coverage at Salinas Valley Health Medical Center a nationally recognized maternity care hospital nestled in the beautiful and vibrant Central Coast city of Salinas California.
Providing 24-hour in-house OB-GYN hospitalist coverage
Managing labor and delivery for low-volume OBs in the community
Handling obstetrical triage and emergency situations
Performing patient evaluations and management
Assisting in obstetrical surgeries
Participating in fetal monitoring and coordination with MFM specialists
Supporting a Level III NICU operated in partnership with Lucile Packard Childrens Hospital Stanford
Collaborating with pediatric subspecialists and MFM support
Ensuring high-quality evidence-based care for all obstetric patients
This is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

Board Certified in OB-GYN Truly Board Eligible in OB-GYN within 5 years of residency) California State License
