Job Description

Account Executive Responsibilities
- Drive media results through outreach and creative story ideation
- Produce written content (bylines blogs etc.)
- Assist in the management of results reporting (via trackers and coverage reports)
- Source and support execution of client speaking engagements awards etc.
- Conduct industry competitor and client research
- Prepare materials to prep spokespeople for press opportunities and participate in prep calls
- Manage the creation of media lists trackers prep materials and other materials
- Play an active role in managing fellow work across teams
Account Executive Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of PR agency experience
- Bachelors degree in PR communications journalism or similar focus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A creative mindset
- Brilliant writing skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic
- Proficiency in media reporting tools i.e. Cision MuckRack etc.

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set experience and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment we will consider all individual qualifications. Salary ranges for this position are between $70000 and $80000 annually. SBS also offers additional compensation programs such as annual cash bonuses and generous benefits.
