Job Description:
1. Business Management
- Define the new business growth plan with distributors and product divisions and execute
- Manage quarterly target of new Design Wins
- Manage quarterly resale/revenue and inventory
2. Sales activities to manufacturers Green energy applications and Car electronics customers with distributors to grow business in small/mid size customers resales via distributors. To know distributors Sales/FAE activities and how to improve in case problem is there.
Communicate with overseas products divisions and distributors and making winning strategy and execute.
- Major Semiconductor products
Isolation product: Gate Driver Current/Voltage sense communication coupler
Motion encoder etc.
- Major customers: Servo Motor Controller Inverter Car Electronics manufacturers etc.

Although this is distributor business need the negotiation directly with customers for key
projects managing projects and building relationships.
