Position Details:
Twin County Regional Healthcare a Duke Lifepoint Hospital is seeking qualified primary care physicians to join our team in expanding our primary care services to the greater Galax region of southwestern Virginia.


Employment: Physician Group Employed Position (hospital employed)
Expectations: Full-time in-office care consists of 2025 patients per day with 40-50 new patients a month covering outpatient clinic newborn nursery minimal inpatient and delivery care
Current Practice Structure: Physicians APPs clerical staff LPNs Lactation Consultant Office Manager
Schedule: Standard office hours; PSA schedule dependent on physician and administration
Location: Office located less than 1ml from hospital. Service area includes Galax and surrounding counties
Equipment and Services: In office lab for rapid test and CBCs Lactation Consulting
Accolades and Accreditations: Rural Health Clinic
