Job Description
This position will be critical & a very unique opportunity within the organization. Candidates must have clean driving record and basic computer experience. Be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain accounting office file room and workroom
- Scan car deals into the computer and file
- Run errands such as going to clerks office delivering mail picking up charnge orders droping off payments and other office-related tasks
- Help office staff as needed with verious duties such as making copies and filing
- Be sure the runner car is up to date on maintance and kept clean. Report all damages to office manager.
Requriements:
- Driving Sitting standing reaching bending stooping occasional ladder climbing pushing and pulling
Being able to lift occasional boxes not to exceed 50lbs.
Must maintain a valid drivers license
