Job Description

Pediatric Echo Tech - Performs pediatric (neonatal to Adult congenital) echocardiograms on inpatients and outpatientsPresbyterian Hospital which is a comprehensive congenital heart disease surgical center in the state of NM. The position requires the candidate to perform echocardiograms on patients of all ages with unrepaired and repaired CHD ranging from preterm infants <500g to complex adult congenital patients. The candidate must have at least two years of experience in their current specialty and demonstrate the skills necessary to function in the Echo lab. The candidate must also have advanced knowledge of congenital abnormalities and imaging required for the position: RDCS (PE) RCCS BLS NM State licensure. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association American Health and Safety or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferredFetal echo skills are preferred but not shifts for this position are 8-hour day evenings weekends and holidays on call is rotated with all the studies in both the inpatient and outpatient and GE ultrasound machinesMerge Cardio PACS (will provide training)
