Job Description
Description of the role:
The Collision Center Receptionist at Pines Ford will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle customer payments and invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
