Job Details:

The IT Operations Developer II is responsible for providing technical support maintenance and development for business applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues implementing bug fixes developing enhancements and ensuring optimal application performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills a deep understanding of software development and a commitment to delivering excellent user Duties and Responsibilities: Application Support: Provide technical support for business applications addressing user queries and resolving technical issues : Diagnose and troubleshoot difficult application problems working with users and functional teams to identify root causes and implement and Enhancement: Develop and implement application enhancements bug fixes and new features based on user requirements and business Monitoring: Monitor application performance and system health ensuring applications run efficiently and identifying potential issues before they impact Assistance: Assist users with application-related questions and provide training and documentation to help them effectively use the Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder : Work closely with development teams IT and other stakeholders to implement application updates patches and : Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations support procedures development changes and troubleshooting Management: Participate in change management processes ensuring application changes are tested and deployed and Security: Ensure applications comply with security policies and regulatory requirements implementing necessary controls and Improvement: Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance application support and other assigned job-related duties that align with our organizations vision mission and values and fall within your scope of : Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science Management Information Systems or a related Certification(s): Any relevant IT : 1 years relevant or practical experience. Special Skills: Proficiency in Programming Languages: Experience with relevant languages like Java C and JavaScript is crucial for developing and supporting and SQL Server Experience: Experience of working with databases and performing data analysis is Development Skills: Experience of HTML CSS and object-oriented programming to support web-based Computing: Experience with cloud computing as many applications are now Solution Development: Experience developing supporting and maintaining technical solutions is Collaborator: Improves eloquence in technical discussions. Displays growing empathy and self-awareness in team dynamics. Demonstrates enhanced problem-solving skills and time management. Adapts well to changes in project requirements and technologies.
