As a member of the care team you will provide care to the highest standard. This will be inaccordance with the needs of the resident as assessed and planned. You will naturally be respectful of the individuality privacy and dignity of the resident at all times.
You willhelp create and maintain a supportive secure and friendly environmentwhere residents can achieve maximum independence and choice.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not protected as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
