Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights to help organizations make informed decisions
- Translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Collect data from various sources (e.g. databases PDFs data warehouses)
- Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools and programming
- Visualize findings through charts dashboards or reports
- Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks
- Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or custom/OOTB solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality governance and compliance across platforms
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or data science
- Proficiency in SQL Excel Python or R Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modeling ETL processes and cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP)
- Experience with predictive analytics statistical modeling statistics critical thinking problem-solving
- Strong experience with Databricks Copilot
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field
- Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI Tableau or similar tools
- Experience with LLMs or generative AI
Good to Have
- Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and big data tools - Specialized knowledge in engine-focused R&D engineering and manufacturing domains
- Certifications in Databricks cloud platforms or data engineering
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
