Job Description
Summary of Duties:
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged proprietary guest and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules policies & procedures and safety standards.
Position Purpose:
Receive check store count and distribute inventory of all types in accordance with established systems procedures and methods.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Receive shipments of goods and transport them into warehouse or secured storage area.
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks.
- Keep warehouse and work area safe clean and organized.
- Disperse product/shipments to proper department and/or maintain products in designated storage area.
- Inventory items upon receipt and compare back to packing slip/invoice to ensure all goods are received and in proper condition.
- Stack and arrange products on pallets and storage racks and prepare goods for storage.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with various work orders/preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
- Ability to operate forklift and/or pallet jack in a safe and responsible manner.
- Requires computer communication and organizational skills.
Education/Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-year previous experience in warehouse distribution or receiving.
- Must be at least 18.
- Requires a valid U.S. Drivers License.
Licensing:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
Work Requirements:
Requires problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Requires knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations and requirements governing casino internal controls. Position involves prolonged walking stooping or bending lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting air quality noise and / or temperature.
