Foreground is partnering with a leading apparel retailer to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and market penetration across Qatar and neighboring GCC markets. The role requires strong commercial leadership and the ability to align sales execution with brand strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple locations.
- Build relationships with key wholesale and B2B customers.
- Monitor regional competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute sales-driven campaigns and promotions.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field.
- 8 years of experience in apparel retail sales with at least 3 in regional management.
- Strong team leadership and coaching experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets across multiple territories.
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills.
