University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pediatric Otolaryngology (ENT) practice at the M Health Fairview Masonic Childrens Hospital in Minneapolis MN.
About the Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving pediatric tertiary care practice. Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integral to our team supporting both the outpatient Pediatric ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery needs of M Health Fairview and the inpatient service of Masonic Childrens Hospital.
You will become a key provider in managing a diverse range of pediatric ENT conditions including recurrent ear infections otitis media with effusion (ear tubes) adenoid and tonsil disease congenital ear deformities ankyloglossia (tongue-tie) and hearing loss cleft and craniofacial disorders and pediatric facial plastic surgery.

We are committed to your success. If you do not have prior ENT experience we will provide a structured orientation and educational plan. Your first few months will be dedicated to shadowing our providers to build a strong foundation in Pediatric ENT including the management of common outpatient conditions inpatient consults and post-operative care.
