About the job Vice President of Patient Care Services/CNO
Vice President of Patient Care Services - Upper Peninsula Michigan (2 hours from Marquette)
Excellent opportunity for an experienced CNO to oversee 3 Critical Access Hospitals in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This leader will be responsible for stabilization during leadership change quality metrics and improving workflows. Ideal candidate will be progressive with a balance between being data driven and relational.
Requirements:
- Acute Care Hospital experience within small/rural hospitals
- BSN required. Masters preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in progressive acute care leadership positions.
- Ability to relocate to the UP.
- MI RN license or ability to obtain one required
