Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p

Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic

Scope of Work: As a locum Physician you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Licenses Certifications Requirements: active unrestricted IN license Board Cert DEA BLS DOT Cert.
