Customer Liability Specialist

As a Customer Liability Specialist you will represent SAS in passenger rights claims and act as a trusted partner in applying rules and guidelines to operational realities. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to make quick well-founded eligibility decisions and contribute to shaping efficient customer-focused solutions.
Challenges you will work on:
- Collaborate with SAS operational departments to investigate disruptions and apply customer service measures
- Collect and prepare evidence for legal statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant air passenger rights regulations
- Apply a commercially sound case management and negotiation strategy
- Interface with national enforcement bodies and trade organizations
- Contribute to cross-functional process development
- Assist in managing escalated customer complaints
- Support and train customer service staff

To be successful we believe you have:
- A bachelors degree or relevant industry experience
- At least two years of experience in the airline industry
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent problem-solving ability
- Capacity to manage multiple projects prioritize and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- A self-driven mindset and ability to see both the big picture and the details
- Comfort working in an international environment and collaborating across distributed teams
