We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated patient and talented Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic supportive and very well-regarded school. This is an exciting opportunity to join our positive forward-thinking team.
You will be working alongside a creative team of professionals to provide learning support across primary age groups. Initially the post will be based in upper key stage two.
You will perform a key role in supporting childrens learning in all aspects preparing resources delivering interventions and supporting children in a group or individual basis endeavouring to enable the child to make appropriate progress and be fully included in wider school life.
General Purpose
A teaching assistant works alongside the classroom teacher providing support and reinforcement through working with individual students or small groups of students. The objective of this role is to maximize the learning and progress of each student under the direction of the lead teacher.
