About this role
We are looking for a passionate individual to join our growing Itinerary design team at Velocity Black. The individual should have a background in working with high net worth individuals to provide tailor-made itineraries aligned with client preferences. We are looking for a high-energy self-motivated individual that is dedicated to elevating the client travel experience to the extraordinary.
What youll do
Create tailor-made end-to-end itineraries including all accommodation transportation experiences and trip concierge.
Take ownership of all aspects of the members trip booking experience from initial request to feedback upon return.
Providing comprehensive and accurate travel documentation
Hit/exceed individual and team targets

Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry

Excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Attention to detail and highly organised
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
Clear and confident communicator
