Number of Beds : 47 Patient Ratios : 1:6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCTs and Unit Secretary Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend 3 shifts a week Floating policy: If not needed on the contracted unit you will float in-house Patient Experience requirements: Excellent patient experience. Bedside shift report hourly rounding physician rounding including the patient on whats most important to them include the family. Explain the plan of care explain medications and ensure rooms are clean and tidy at all Specifics- Certifications: NIH BLS ACLSProcedures performed on unit: Bed side thoracentesis bedside procedures with Physicians interpret Telemetry strips.
