Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics to join our Brenham clinic. About the Role
As a Family Medicine Physician with OB you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care across all ages including prenatal obstetric and newborn services. You will manage a variety of conditions provide preventive services and coordinate care with specialists as needed. We are looking for a physician who excels in teamwork values high-quality outcomes and is passionate about continuing education and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages managing chronic and acute conditions.
Provide full-spectrum obstetrical care including prenatal care labor and delivery and postpartum care.
Manage newborn care in conjunction with the care team.
Collaborate with specialists referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Stay current with advancements in medical practice and integrate evidence-based care into daily practice.
Document patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with system protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-focused care model.

Qualifications
Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
Licensed to practice in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
Board-certified or actively pursuing board certification in Family Medicine (American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists)
Experience or interest in providing obstetrics care required
