• Educational Background:Bachelors degree in education or a related field required; advanced degree in education leadership curriculum and instruction or related field preferred
• Professional Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in education with roles that include teaching instructional coaching school/district leadership or school improvement support
  • Expertise in Core Instructional Areas:Demonstrated specialization inliteracy and/or mathematics instruction including knowledge of evidence-based practices that improve student learning outcomes.
  • School Improvement Experience:Experience supporting or leadingschool improvement initiatives with a focus on analyzing instructional practices identifying areas for growth and recommending actionable strategies.
  • Instructional Observation Skills:Proven ability toobserve classroom instruction collect and analyze evidence and align findings to research-based instructional indicators.
