As a member of the People Data Reporting and Analytics team the HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting HR reporting and analytic needs of our global organization across the HR systems Workday and Power BI (formerly Web Focus). Under the direction of the HR Lead the HR Reporting Analyst will prioritize recurring and custom reporting requests according to our SLAs. The HR Reporting Analyst will consult with the clients to evaluate their needs determine appropriate reporting solutions in alignment with the business strategy while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality. The HR Reporting Analyst will also proactively manage data integrity by identifying data issues reconciling gaps and ensuring that data is consistently reported in reports. They will work closely with the broader Experience Solutions Team to help address any concerns encountered in the system.
